Chief Financial Officer

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Reporting to CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the finance function of 1414 Degrees; reporting to the CEO and Board on all business financial matters; providing monthly financial reporting and analysis; group treasury management; the preparation and review of the budgets and forecasts and statutory reporting. The CFO will be a member of the Executive Team and will ensure the development and implementation of effective and streamlined finance systems throughout the business.

The CFO we are seeking will have extensive experience in a similar role within an ASX listed company. You will have significant experience reporting to a Board, and in the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial accounts and reports. Equally important, you will understand and have experience in banking/treasury finance, hedging, cash flow management and be able to work cohesively with the Executive Tem in the preparation of complex business plans.

You will also have exceptional analytical and communication skills and be able to meet tight deadlines in a commercial environment. Experience within the resources/energy sectors, particularly derivatives and trading would be considered advantageous.
