Tony Sacre

Chair & Non-Executive Director

Tony is Chief Executive Officer of the Bentleys Network, an international network of advisory and accounting firms with offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and China. He is also Chair of Allinial Global – Asia Pacific. Allinial Global is the second largest association of accounting and consulting firms in the world. Prior to joining the Bentleys Network, Tony was Chief Executive Officer of the Sydney Stock Exchange. Tony holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a qualified CPA and CA, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter Gan

Non-Executive Director

Peter has held Managing Director, CEO, Company Secretary, and other senior management positions in a variety of listed public and private companies. His roles have spanned multiple industries including technology start-ups, financial services and energy markets in Australia, USA, UK, Netherland, Belgium, Ireland, China, Hong Kong and South East Asia.

Peter’s previous experience includes Managing Director of ASX listed Green Pacific Energy Ltd; Envirogen Pty Ltd; and UK based Grantham Asset Management, more recently, Peter was Executive General Manager – Strategy and Investment for the AIMS Group prior to taking up the Company Secretary role at the Sydney Stock Exchange. He is currently CEO of Royal Wins Ltd.

Dana Larson

Dana is an energy expert with 19 years of experience primarily focusing on acquisitions, reservoir engineering, financial modelling, and engineering management.

He has a passion for cultivating a culture of success and for leveraging technical knowledge to create and optimise value for companies.

He consults for hedge funds and wealthy individuals on exploration & production, mining, and renewable energy and is currently running an energy acquisition and divestiture consultancy.

Tania Sargent

Company Secretary

After starting her working life as a Chartered Accountant in public practice, for the next 30 + years Ms Sargent has held several senior finance, governance and general management roles in Disability Services, Education, Health, Retail and Financial Services. Ms Sargent has a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting), is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the Governance Institute. Ms Sargent is a member and current State Chair of the South Australian State Council for the Governance Institute.
