Mr Sacre brings to 1414 Degrees a wealth of experience in corporate management and governance. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Bentleys Network, an international network of advisory and accounting firms with offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and China. In addition to his role at the Bentleys Network, Mr Sacre is a Board member of Allinial Global – Asia Pacific. Allinial Global is the second largest association of accounting and consulting firms in the world. Prior to joining the Bentleys Network, Mr Sacre was Chief Executive Officer of the Sydney Stock Exchange. Mr Sacre holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a qualified CPA and CA, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jamie has multi-faceted experience gained from senior management positions at TXU, Energy Australia, Barclays Capital and, prior to 1414 Degrees, at Swiss Re, where he was responsible for Swiss Re’s weather and energy business across Asia Pacific. He has an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for companies in today’s volatile economic climate.
His diverse range of skills in people management, strategy, energy trading, business development, and M&A enhances 1414 Degrees’ technical and commercial future while his experience with renewable energy joint-ventures, connection agreements and network risk modelling benefit the Aurora Solar Energy Project.

After starting her working life as a Chartered Accountant in public practice, for the next 30 + years Ms Sargent has held several senior finance, governance and general management roles in Disability Services, Education, Health, Retail and Financial Services. Ms Sargent has a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting), is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with the Governance Institute. Ms Sargent is a member and current State Chair of the South Australian State Council for the Governance Institute.
Dr Kevin Moriarty
BSc (Hons), PhD, MAusIMM
Kevin has over 40 years of mining and oil exploration and development experience and 29 years of corporate experience in roles including Chairman and Managing Director of listed companies. He founded and led several companies to develop mines in Australia and Africa. He has served as director and chairman of a number of ASX listed companies guiding their restructure and relisting. He has researched deep sea sediments, cave and fossil deposits and published papers on climate change. He is an honorary research fellow of Flinders University and the Australian National University.
Peter has held Managing Director, CEO, Company Secretary, and other senior management positions in a variety of listed public and private companies. His roles have spanned multiple industries including technology start-ups, financial services and energy markets in Australia, USA, UK, Netherland, Belgium, Ireland, China, Hong Kong and South East Asia.
Peter’s previous experience includes Managing Director of ASX listed Green Pacific Energy Ltd; Envirogen Pty Ltd; and UK based Grantham Asset Management, more recently, Peter was Executive General Manager – Strategy and Investment for the AIMS Group prior to taking up the Company Secretary role at the Sydney Stock Exchange. He is currently CEO of Royal Wins Ltd.

Dana is an energy expert with 16 years of experience primarily focusing on acquisitions, reservoir engineering, financial modelling, and engineering management.
He has a passion for cultivating a culture of success and for leveraging technical knowledge to create and optimise value for companies.
He consults for hedge funds and wealthy individuals on exploration & production, mining, and renewable energy and is currently running an energy acquisition and divestiture consultancy.
