Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced CA/CPA to take ownership of the finance function, and to work collaboratively with the leadership team to provide business partnership, financial information and commercial support.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in the achievement of 1414 Degrees’ business goals by shaping the financial accounting and reporting function to support the business in its growth strategies. It is a broad role, incorporating both technical and commercial elements, including the delivery of general accounting processes. A stand-alone role, the incumbent must be willing and able to be hands-on with daily transactional functions while maintaining focus on the more strategic aspects.
